Pointos Terms and Conditions
  1. No refunds: Pointos subscription payments are non-refundable. The amount paid will not be returned once the subscription has started.
  2. Confidential data handling: Pointos treats your business's and your customers' information as confidential and uses it only to provide the service, per our privacy notice.
  3. Pointos is not responsible for the prizes, stamps, points or rewards that the business (tenant) offers or promises to its customers. The delivery, validity and fulfillment of any prize or reward is the sole responsibility of the business.
  4. Any dealings, claims or agreements between the business and its customers are governed by the business's own terms and conditions. Pointos only provides the loyalty tool and is not a party to, nor a guarantor of, the commercial relationship between the business and its customers.
  5. Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings panel. Cancellation permanently deletes the data associated with your account, with no possibility of recovery.
